End of Year Function and Show and Shine
When: Sunday 14 November 2021
Where: Plenty Gorge National Park
Location: Le Page Homestead. (This is the same place that we had our 2020 end-of-year function). If you have GPS or a smart phone just put in Le Page Homestead into Google maps.
Area: Hawkstowe picnic area
Address: off Gordons rd, South Morang
Time: from 11am
Meeting point on site.
Directions: Gordons rd is off Plenty rd, turn right into Gordons rd and the park is on your left. Once in the park take the road on your right. Drive down the hill to the car park.
You will need to bring: all your own picnic needs – eg. table, chairs, rug, plates, cups, glasses,
and your food for main course.
The Club will provide: beer, wine, soft drink and dessert.
We will need volunteers to help with the judging of the show and shine.
Judging guidelines will be provided and the only condition is that you can’t judge your own car.
Last year the judging fell to two members, and was quite a long, process, which was very unfair because it limited their time to enjoy the company of others. If everyone who brings a classic, judges one classic, we could make it an easy task.
So dust off your classic cars, come and enjoy the day and reconnect with your club.
